and !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! is some backstory on it.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
So if you ever find yourself owing Vin Diesel a 10 second car, spend 5 grant on a Fairmont.

Not that I mind seeing it again, since IT'S OBVIOUSLY AWESOME, but I posted this a couple months ago .
EDIT: My mistake! This is a different car!

This is actually a different car. According to the article he sold that one.
But I didn't know someone posted about it before :)

Statistically speaking, you should be afraid of any brown Fairmonts you encounter on the street.

AWESOME!!! I need to do that with my big Ford(it says Lincoln but it's just a big Ford IMO).

My first car was a 1978 Fairmont. Straight six, 3 speed on the floor, rear wheel drive. If there was a 90 minute delay at school, I'd still leave at the normal time to get 90 minutes of hooning in before homeroom.
If I ever find a rust-free one, I will be very tempted to add it to my stable. I hear they go like hell with a 5.0 Coyote swap.

I think you'd need to lose about to Fairmonts worth of weight to get into the 10's!

In all honesty a 12 second lincoln would be hilarious. I just actually read the article and it honestly seems too easy. all the parts they used are super available and cheap too.
I'd be thrilled with 400-450whp. Might have to look into such a setup.
on their facebook page sloppy mechanics I noticed they did a similar setup in a Gremlin now that would be a total blast

In Edmonton there is a few Zephyr's(2 door fairmont) running a similar turbo lsx setup.
